We offer nationwide shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier service.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
6. Warranty and Repairs

We offer a standard warranty on select brands, including Alfajr, Alharamain, and Skmei watches, covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover damages due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
For repairs outside warranty, charges may apply.
